(As mentioned earlier) Split for the https://master.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org/way/4305501501 at the median is correct but the directionality, oneway=yes should be only for the loop from this https://master.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org/node/4319571672 to https://master.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org/node/4319572444. Please split the way at the https://master.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org/node/4319571672 and make changes accordingly. 3. From the https://master.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org/node/4319571672 downwards, towards the southwards don't need oneway=yes as it is Bidirectional way, Please remove directionality. 4.
