Please make following changes
1. Look like the way/4305501500 is Bi directional, Please remove oneway=yes.
2. (As mentioned earlier) Split for the way/4305501501 at the median is correct but the directionality, oneway=yes should be only for the loop from this node/4319571672 to node/4319572444. Please split the way at the node/4319571672 and make changes accordingly.
3. From the node/4319571672 downwards, towards the southwards don't need oneway=yes as it is Bidirectional way, Please remove directionality.
4. Please remove oneway=yes from way/4305501499 too.
