Lane counts look good for this changeset. I noticed way 4305501679 has the lane count backward and forward swapped. If you zoom into the way, there will be small arrow showing its direction. You also could toggle the oneway on and off to show the direction more clearly.

Also, way 4305501679 should have another split for where the painted lines for the through and right turn lanes start. The lane counts for these ways would be determined by the painted lines. So it would initially be three and change to 4 at the split where the new painted lanes begin. In the future, this split will help when we have to map what the turn lanes are.
