Please change road class for the https://api06.dev.openstreetmap.org/way/4305501306 should be highway=primary to match with others.

Lane count for the way/4305501630 i.e; lanes=5 should be until the the node/4319572451, from that point onwards lanes count should be lanes=4 usually we split lane counts at the intersections.

For the highlighted way/4305501099, Split the way at the node/4319570875 and node/4319569890 and add the lane counts accordingly.
