The geometry and road classification in this area all look good! Some things to look out for would be making sure that street names carry over the exact wording from their respective signage. For example, Sands-Drive should be renamed to Sands Drive as shown on its signage. Another thing would be to look out for road markings that indicate oneways, such as way 4305501527 that has arrows indicating that it is a oneway.
