The road classification here looks good. For the service road (Way 4305501377), because of the presence of a physical median, this way should be split into two oneways entering and exiting a bidirectional way. For reference, see how it is modeled on live OSM: osm.org/way/450139582#map=19/37.39709/-122.07822.
