Intersecting Node should not have highway=residential tag, highway=residential is a tag for the way not for the node. Please delete highway=residential from the node. -

You should add more nodes to the way and align it with the curve as per the street. Adding two nodes, one each side should be fine. -

Road class should be Primary, please refer "Highway types" from Confluence.
